Are there any minimum deposit requirements for opening an account with Hongfeng Bullion, and are there any fees?
There is no minimum deposit requirement to open an account. Spot gold/silver only needs to deposit sufficient funds (500 USD) when buying and selling. To open an account There are also no fees charged to the account.
Can I open a demo account first for testing?
Yes, customers can first open an MT4 demo account to conduct simulated trading and become familiar with the operation of the trading platform.
What form of account records does Hongfeng Bullion provide for customers to check?
Customers can log in to the trading platform at any time to check account information and transaction records, or log on to the Hongfeng Bullion website to check relevant information.
How to use the customer password provided by Goodwill Gold?
Goodwill Gold will send the trading platform account number, password and phone password to the customer via mobile phone text message and email when the customer opens an account. Customers can use the trading platform password to log in to the MT4 trading platform and online account, and the phone password is suitable for customers to conduct transactions. The phone number is used to verify identity when placing the order. The Company recommends that customers change their passwords as soon as possible after receiving the relevant passwords and make regular changes.
What format of password can I set?
The MT4 trading platform password can consist of 8-12 English digits and numbers; the Goodwill Gold Phone password consists of 4 digits.
If I forget or lose my password, how should I replace it?
Customers please call or notify the customer service department immediately through the website, and we will freeze the trading account immediately. Customers need to submit a password reset application form. After verifying the customer's identity, the company will send a new password via SMS and email. Customers are requested to change their new password immediately after receiving it.
